No Sleeping Beauty Here

No sleeping beauty here, I believe you won’t want to go to sleep, wake up and more than few weeks has passed. I love sleeping early, I am serious! Oh well, I can’t deny that sometimes I missed my beauty sleep like Cinderella too! XD

Many young people do not like to go to bed early, or are not accustomed to early sleep, every morning to be willing to touch the bed, long stay up late, lack of sleep will make the body a lot of metabolic syndrome or affect mood. In fact, the body’s own medicine, early sleep and adequate sleep every day, not only can enhance the body’s self-healing power, there are many benefits you do not know!

For many young people, the night is still “young and beautiful”, they so use to occupy their nightlife after work, online chat at home, watch drama until 1-2 midnight then drag their tired or cranky body to bed. They feel like sleep is a waste of life. In fact, it’s another way round, we are burning our life force. We all know that many physical problems will repair on their own, if we just do a simple action – sleep early! So just stop whatever you do and take your little butt to sleep. Yes, shut up and sleep early!

1) To enhance self-healing power
Body in sleep, especially deep sleep, our body seems motionless, in fact, this time the organ is the busiest time, many of the absorption and metabolism of nutrients are at this time, but also allows the body FIX some minor problems yourself. 許多年輕人不喜歡早睡,或不習慣早睡,每天都要摸到凌晨才捨得躺到床上,長期熬夜、睡眠不足會讓身體出現許多代謝症候群或影響情緒。其實,身體自有大藥,每天早睡且充足的睡眠,不但能提升身體的自癒力,還有很多好處是你不知道的!

對許多年輕人來說,愈夜愈美麗,下課、下班後的夜生活排滿滿,回到家還要上網聊天、看偶像劇,不到半夜1-2就是捨不得睡,感覺睡覺是浪費生命。其實晚睡才是在消耗生命,中醫認為睡得好,身體就健康,許多身體的毛病都會自己修復,因此能夠早睡就早點窩進棉被睡覺吧!

1) 提升自癒力
身體在睡眠時,尤其是深層睡眠狀態,我們的身體看似一動也不動,其實體內的器官這個時候才是最忙碌的時候,許多營養的吸收與代謝都在這個時候進行,同時也能讓身體自己修復一些小問題。許多能夠一覺到天亮的人,身體及心理的狀況都比睡不好的人還健康。

小朋友想睡覺的時候,通常都會特別煩躁,當他們又捨不得睡的時候,就會開始發脾氣,大人其實也有相同的狀態,只是大部分的人都能控制,假如長期睡眠不足,會出現容易發脾氣、脾氣暴躁、容易煩躁、情緒不好控制的問題,當你開始改變睡眠,不但這些討厭的情緒問題都會解決,還會自然而然的擁有好心情。

5) 舒緩壓力
許多失眠的人,有很多人可能是因為壓力太大、容易操煩所以睡不好,深層的睡眠可以讓身體釋放壓力,舒緩生活中的壓力,因此壓力大又失眠的人,本來就壓力很大,睡不著壓力更大,變成一種惡性循環。
