如何知道自己應該攝取多少蛋白質? 學生問要如何知道自己應該攝取多少的蛋白質? 解答: 我們每日所需熱量應有20%來自蛋白質,將妳的熱量乘以0.2得到蛋白質所提供的熱量。 又因為每克的蛋白質能提供4卡,再把蛋白質所提供的熱量除以4,所得即為妳的每日所需蛋白質。 低活動量 – BMR*1.2 中活動量 – BMR*1.5 高活動量 – BMR*1.8 舉例:我的基礎代謝量(BMR)為1100卡,整日中等活動量,1100*1.5 = 1650(一天所需熱量) 1650*0.2 = 330(蛋白質所提供的熱量) 330 / 4 = 82.50(每日所需蛋白質) 所以也就是說我一天的蛋白質攝取量就是82.50克,也就是0.7/Ib (中度活動)。 *注意蛋白質的攝取量最好不要在蛋白質攝取的邊緣,盡可能在中度活動的攝取量 你會算了嗎?😉 *注意烹調方式會影響其中的卡路里(熱量)喔。...
